Welcome to Polix. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which outline our responsibilities and your obligations as a client. These terms apply to all detailing, protection, and PPF services we provide.

1. General Agreement

  • These terms govern all services provided by Polix to its customers.
  • Service scope and pricing will be confirmed prior to work commencing.

2. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices must be agreed before work begins.
  • Payment is due within 7 days of service completion.
  • Vehicles left unpaid may incur storage charges and withheld release.

3. Cancellations

  • Please provide 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation to avoid charges.

4. Delivery & Responsibility

  • Delivery dates are estimates.
  • Responsibility for the vehicle transfers to the customer, once service is completed.

5. Vehicle Condition & Belongings

  • Customers are responsible for removing all personal items before leaving the vehicle.
  • Polix is not liable for missing or damaged belongings.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Cooperate with our staff and disclose any known vehicle defects.
  • Child seats should be removed beforehand.
  • Insurance coverage is the customer’s responsibility.

7. Illegal Substances

  • Discovery of any illegal substances or items will result in immediate service termination and authorities being informed.

8. Safety & Premises

  • Entry into work bays is not permitted without approval.
  • Visitors must observe posted warnings and remain in designated areas.

9. Keys

  • You must have a spare key. Polix is not liable for keys locked in the vehicle.

10. Right to Refuse

  • We reserve the right to decline service to any customer or vehicle at our discretion.

11. Product Use

  • All cleaning and protection products are industry-standard and professionally handled.
  • Customers must remain at a safe distance during chemical use.

12. PPF Warranty

  • We offer a 5-year warranty on paint protection film. Full details are provided in our warranty documentation.

13. Service Warranty

  • We guarantee services are carried out with reasonable care and skill in line with industry standards.

14. Liability

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
  • We are not responsible for indirect losses (e.g., loss of business or profit).
  • Flood risk and insurance remain the vehicle owner’s responsibility.

15. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the agreement for serious breaches or unforeseen business circumstances.

16. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, templates, and service methods remain the property of Polix and may not be copied or reused.

17. Force Majeure

  • We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions).

18. Legal Jurisdiction

  • This agreement is governed by UAE law.
